Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we might not be able to cancel it.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. We consider a product damaged if the device itself is broken or defective. Minor damage to packaging (like dents or creases) does not qualify if the product is unaffected.
Please notify us of any damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@puredenclean.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. We do not accept returns for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or neglect.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We do our best to ship orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. If there’s an issue with tracking, please contact the courier directly.
PureDen Clean is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been handed off to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realise an error, please email us within 24 hours. If we are not notified in time, and your order ships to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
