At PureDen Clean, we proudly offer FREE Shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.

During peak seasons and holiday periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and begins after your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery windows are:

Australia: 5–9 business days
United States: 4–7 business days
United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
Other International Locations: 10–18 business days

Please note that customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery timeframes.


Order Changes & Accurate Address Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations. If there’s an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel the order.

If you notice an error, please email us at Support@puredenclean.com within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after that window.


Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver your order on time, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control — including courier issues, customs processing, severe weather, or transit disruptions.

We’ll always keep you informed of any known delays and work with the courier to get your package delivered as soon as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. In the rare event your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact the courier to file a claim.

  2. Email us at Support@puredenclean.com and we’ll assist you however we can.

While PureDen Clean is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll work with you and the courier to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
